This service is used exclusively for non-marketing messages related to a customer’s banking relationship.
Customers may receive messages such as:
Authentication
Cardonexus: Your verification code is 483921. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Deposit Notification
Cardonexus: A deposit of $1,250.00 has posted to account ending in 2345. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Fraud Alert
Cardonexus: Did you authorize a purchase of $427.13? Reply YES or NO. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages using one or more of the following methods:
No customer is enrolled without explicit consent.
Customers enrolling through Telephone Banking hear the following prompt before enrolling:
“Press 6 to enroll in SMS Banking. By enrolling, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account relationship. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.”
The customer must explicitly select the enrollment option before any SMS messages are sent.

Reply HELP for assistance.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages.
After replying STOP, customers will no longer receive SMS messages until they opt in again.
Cardonexus provides the underlying SMS platform used by participating financial institutions.
Each participating institution determines which capabilities are enabled, how customers enroll, and which transactional messages are delivered to their customers.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
